The hull is now complete. The two halves together is made up of approximately 3,800 polygons. The hull bulge is quite evident in the top rendering. In the lower rendering, the individual vertices which make up each polygon can be seen (well not quite at this resolution !). Each of these vertices has to be manually maneuvered into position to form the hull - thus the time consuming nature of this model.
